Who were the native people of Vermont and how did they live? This lecture examines the importance of elders and children, the environment, and the continuance of lifeways and traditions in Abenaki society. The program , presented by Jeanne Brink, will include discussions and various demonstrations of Abenaki language, dance, games, family stories, or basket-making. Sponsored by the Shoreham Historical Society.
